It's time for a new
Stamp Review Crew hop! This time we are featuring Fabulous Florets. Now to be honest, I had to knock some serious dust off this one. I haven't used it in what seems like years. I remember loving it when I first got it and then new things came along...
This is one of those cards that looks so simple but seemed to take a year to make. I used my Aquapainter and ink pads to color in the flowers with Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay, Crushed Curry, and Gumball Green. Once they all dried I cut them out and then spent another day thinking about what I wanted to make with them. lol I decided to go for a very clean-and-simple card. I added the bit of embossing with a folder I'd forgotten about and never used. I think it added a nice little border.

ReplyDeleteI have to say that I hate Crushed Curry and Gumball Green but you made the colors on this card GORGEOUS! Did you use watercolor paper? These flowers are perfect and I love that embossing folder. Is that one that you sell? Absolutely perfect and I could use the whale out of that folder. BEAUTIFUL!
