Stamp Review Crew Oh Hello Edition

It's time for a new hop of the Stamp Review Crew!  This time we are featuring Oh, Hello.  Remember if you get lost at any point, you can always go to the main landing page here.   (My post is going to be short and sweet.  The charger for my laptop is broken and I have very little battery left.  YIKES!)

For my first project I did a simple card with a watercolor wash.  I used the chevron stamp to make a couple of banners and embossed the sentiment with black embossing powder.   I used the Aquapainter for both the watercolor wash and for the splatters of black.   Candy dots, baker's twine, and a button for a bit of embellishment and DONE!

For my second project I wanted to do something bright and cheery.   I used the fun colors at Dynamic Duos and some funky chevron designer paper to really make it fun!   I also used the sketch from the Sweet Sunday Sketch challenge.  Framelits and my Stamp-a-ma-jig were my friends for this one! :)

Two very different cards with the same set!  Fun, huh?!

  6. Two beautiful cards but I especially love your watercolor wash on the first card. The splatters of black are so much fun on there and I love the little banners. Lovely color combos too!

  8. What fun cards! I am in love with the watercolor wash one (although I admit putting full-on black ink on an aquapainter kinda makes me cringe).
