Always behind. lol Today is Freshly Made Sketches day and I finally got my act together and am joining in this week. :) The amazing Cindy L. is our sketch designer and I just love what she created. It made for a lot of different interpretations by the design team, so I know the gallery will be fabulous this week! I used this great set from Two Paper Divas called Lucky Me for my card. It is such a perfect set for me since my brother's birthday is March 17th! I can't wait to make him a birthday card!

ReplyDeleteGreat card Rita! I love that wavy border! Super fun! Those sequins look just perfect! Laila is so cute on her stool! Have fun with that! Thankfully the chairs in our house were too heavy for anyone to carry so we managed to escape that stage!!!!!

ReplyDeleteLove the St Patrick's Day card. My brother was born March 16. My dad did not want him born on St Pat's day since he was Scottish, mom Irish, family joke. My grandma was going to take care of the other three of us while mom was in hospital. Since it was winter and a big storm on the way he and my mom drove us to grandmas what they thought was early. They had to drive over some serious railroad tracks. My mom's labor started shortly there after and no St Pat baby. My mom said he did it on purpose to avoid the 17th. Brother would have been Sean Patrick if born on St Pat's day.. He got Thomas Patrick instead.

ReplyDeleteI love the curves and stitching on this card. With a name like O'Neill you'd think I'd have several St. Patrick's Day stamps, but I'm embarrassed to say I don't own a single one. I think I need to fix that. :)
